I always struggle whenever asked to write anything in terms of an 'about me', as I don't think any individual can be defined by words alone.
For as long as I can recall having a memory, I have always been different. Which throughout my life, has brought to the forefront that of many struggles, but on the flipside also many blessings.
Blending in, and adhering to societcal norms, has never been my forte. I have a natural creative flair , a love for art, literature, philosophy, music, bold colours, statement pieces and all commodities that defy stereotypes. I have always been compelled to keep that child like wonderment alive that so many people lose in life.
I have faced a facade of inner battles over the years with mental health, neurodivergence, and bullying. Growing up, I found solace in both alternative fashion, Rock, and Heavy Metal music which has shapped my life since I discovered it in 2002.
I have such vivid memories of the fashion, and the music from this iconic era, it has left such an everlasting, indelible impression on me, and has been a huge catalyst to this brand, With the aim that others can relive the nostalgia and emblematic magic of Y2K💖.
I am a passionate person with big opinions, and strong values, some are outlined in the values of this brand. I have always prided myself on being unapologetically me, which has been both a blessing and a curse .😂 I hope you enjoy being here, and being apart of one Y2K Angel living out her dream.
