What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from Extra Small (XS) to 3XXL, if you would like a bigger size, we can sometimes get garments up to 5XL, send us a direct message, and I will see what I can offer.
How do I determine my correct size?
Please see our size guide, and that should be able to help determine your size.
Do your clothes run true to size?
All Garments are true to size, but the fit may differ depending on style of the garment, if you like a more relaxed fit, we would always recommend getting the size up.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you’re someone who’s in-between sizes, I’d always recommend up sizing to ensure maximum comfort.
Shipping & Delivery:🪽
What are your shipping options? (e.g., standard, express, international)
Shipping is always second class by Royal Mail , but we do offer next day delivery, if the order is pledged prior to 1pm, or first class postage, for an additional fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated depending on size and weight of the order.
What if the order is being sent as a gift, do you offer the option to remove the price and include giftwrap?
If the order is a gift, send over a message, and we will ensure no prices are included in the order, we will Also giftwrap and include a birthday message at no additional cost.
How long does it take to receive my order?
As of current, we only ship to the UK, next day delivery is always guaranteed next day, 1st class is 1-2 days, and 2nd class is 3-5 days , sometimes sooner. However, there may be circumstances it could take a little longer, but this is a seldom occurrence.
Can I track my order?
Yes! There is an option for tracked delivery, we offer free second class tracked delivery on orders over £100. An email will be sent to you including your confirmation of purchase, order number, and tracking details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment, but this is something we intend to offer this very soon! Sign up to our mailing list to stay updated.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? According to My Clothing, it might not be possible after an order is processed:?
Yes! If the order is still in processing, so message immediately and if the order is yet to be sent, we can happily change it for you to the desired address.
Returns & Exchanges:🪽
What is your return policy:?
Our return policy is 30 days, providing the garment is returned in that time frame, with labels still attached and no signs of wash or wear, or any damage. If you would like to see our returns policy in more detail, just click the button here: 👇🏻
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour:?
Yes! if the item is not a specific customised order, such as a name putting on the back of the garment. Providing the exchange is made within the 21 day grace period, and it gets returned with
original labels and no signs of wash, damage or wear.
How do I return an item?:
If you would like to return an item, follow the step by step on the email containing your order. number and click where it says pledge a return. You will have the option to print out, or download a QR code, attach this to the original mailing package, ensuring your address Is removed from the packaging and get it scanned at your local post office.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have received your return and it’s been checked, an email will be sent to you letting you know your refund is on the way, the time it takes to process will depend on who you bank with. It usually takes 5-7 days, but it could be sooner.
Can I return sale items?
We don’t do refunds on sale products but it can be exchanged for a gift voucher or credit to spend elsewhere on the store.
What if my item is defective?
If your item arrives with a defect, take photos of the defects, and send them over to customer service. We will be happy to accommodate to your needs, through either sending a replacement, discounting an additional order, or processing a return or refund.

What materials are your clothes made from?
Clothing is, and will always be 100% cotton only. The print and design on the garments is made of vinyl print, as I find it to be the most durable for longevity.
How should I wash and care for my clothes?
Washing instructions are sent on a card with every garment, to ensure you get the most to out of your garments and value for money.
We highly recommend that you wash cold with a mild detergent, and dry on a low setting.
Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or dry cleaning, and wash inside out for best results.
This will also protect the vinyl from friction and potential damage. Ensure you only use a mild detergent that is free of bleach, and fabric softener. Avoid Ironing Directly: If ironing is necessary, do so with low heat and a cloth or towel between the iron and the garment to protect the vinyl.
