Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Hey babe! 💅🏻 👑 We hope you’re loving your purchases from our Y2K-inspired closet, but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve got a fair, and clear refund policy to keep things easy, and drama-free. Afterall, We pride ourselves on customer service, and providing you with the best shopping experience.
📦 Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns and refund requests for the following items, as long as they meet our conditions below:
- Clothing items (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached)
- Garments with manufacturing defects (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)
Not Eligible for Return:❌
- Eyelashes and other beauty items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items (marked clearly at checkout)
- Items returned outside the allowed return window (21 Days)
- We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen whilst in transit.

- You have 21 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days after your return is approved.
💌 How to Request a Return:
- You can send us over an email at y2kangellashes@gmail.com including :
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve!).
- Clear Photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days, and provide return instructions if it qualifies.
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.
💸 Refund Details:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (if the return meets all criteria).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping and your return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
For returns that don’t meet eligibility guidelines, you may be offered store credit instead.
🧾 Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
🚫 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
If you received:
- A damaged item.
- The wrong item.
- An item is missing from your order.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—no stress, no hassle.

We know Y2K beauty is all about bold choices and big energy, but we have to keep it clean and cute for everyone. We’re committed to keeping things clean, safe, and fabulous for every customer, so for hygiene and safety reasons, all lash and beauty product purchases are final sale. NO if's, no buts, no pop star-level comebacks. Once they leave our glam station, they’re yours to slay with forever, even if they are unopened.
We know it can be tricky buying beauty products online, so if you have any questions about styles, or materials, that are not covered on our site already, our team is always happy to help! 💌
